How do I edit my photos for free to include little pictures/backgrounds? (stars, hearts)?
I want to add little graphics to my pictures, like this;

But I don't have adobe photoshop- I use a free program called GIMP which is similar. Is there any way I can use this, or another free program to add these to create a professional, cute look?
I want to be able to make the middles of them see-through, not just paste pictures on them, unless there is somewhere I can get image files which are just outlines? Thanks!
Ugh.... what makes you think cute little stars and hearts look "professional" ?
Your Gimp can do it just fine - look for different shape brushes or download more of them if you can't find what you want.
