What affordable dishes can I make on a hot plate?

i'm a student living in a studio with no kitchen ergo the hot plate. i've learned a few pasta dishes but i wash wondering if you have any suggestions. please keep in mind that i'm on a student budget.

If it can get hot enough. Get a small Frying Pan or wok. buy chicken breast and a package of Stir Fry veggies. it is best to use sesame oil. heat oil in pan. cook chicken, (cut into bit size pieces) then add stir fry veggies. plate, add some Soy Sauce. hot, healthy and filling.

I suggest you go to the cooking network online and register. then start looking at recipies. You will find many things to your taste and inexpensive
