How do I efficiently clean my corning wear dishes?
I have a set of white corning wear bakeware. I love them, and use the large Oval Baker all the time to bake chicken. I often end up with baked on "stuff" from what we bake the chicken in, like barebque sauce or other marinades I use. I have one heck of a time getting this stuff off!! I soak the dish in hot soapy water before cleaning and it doesn't seem to help. Now my oval baker has all these stains on it from stuff I couldn't get off and I hate the way it looks.
Any tips on how to get all of these baked on stains off my dish??
Thanks!
Baking soda is good.
There are cleaning powders out there made for cleaning the Corningware, but I have Never Used them. While I was searching the answer for you, I came across a really great website for dealing with a variety of cooking products. See #1 below:

I've saved all three to my favorites, since I am addicted to the Corningware French White collection. Still trying to get several pieces by & by thru Ebay.
You've done well with CorningWare - Enjoy!
