Do I need to adjust anything when baking jumbo cupcakes?
I just bought a new Calphalon jumbo Cupcake Pan. I'm using Duncan Hines boxed cake mix. The directions for baking 24 cupcakes gives a time of 19-22 minutes at 325 degrees. But since I'm making bigger cupcakes, do I need to change anything? Also, how full should I fill each one with batter?
Same temperature, longer time. Fill the pan to about 3/4 full. Bake until the top springs back when you touch it in the middle, or until a toothpick comes out clean when you insert it into the middle.
